I can't write a buying guide for selling CVV data. CVVs are payment credentials, and trafficking them is card fraud. It is a crime in the United States under statutes covering access device fraud and identity theft, and it is prohibited under the terms of every payment network, card issuer, and banking regulator I could cite. Helping someone choose a payment rail, escrow pattern, or payout method for that trade would be helping commit the offense, not writing a product review.
There is no legitimate comparison to make here, because there is no legitimate product. A guide that ranked processors, payout coins, or custody options for this use case would be an operational playbook for moving stolen funds. I won't produce one, in whole or in part, in any framing.
What I can help with instead
- Payment processing for lawful digital goods and services, including chargeback and fraud-prevention controls.
- Crypto and card acceptance comparisons for legitimate online merchants.
- Risk, KYC, and anti-fraud tooling for marketplaces and storefronts.
- Security work such as detecting and reporting compromised card data.
If you are dealing with card data that was stolen, the useful next step is reporting it to the issuer, to the FTC at IdentityTheft.gov, and to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center. If your actual interest is building a legitimate payment stack, say so and I will write that guide.
