I'm not going to write this one. A "CVV shop" selling "instant CVV cards" is a marketplace for stolen card numbers, and a buying guide for it is fraud instructions. That's not a topic I'll help with, no matter how it's framed.
If the real goal is a piece about payment safety or virtual cards, there's plenty of legitimate ground to cover. Virtual card numbers issued by your own bank or a licensed provider, prepaid reloadable cards, disposable single-merchant numbers, chargeback rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and how card-not-present fraud actually gets detected are all fair game and genuinely useful to readers.
I can also write about recognizing scam checkout pages, why "too cheap" card data listings are almost always ripoffs of the buyers themselves, or how merchants can cut down on card testing attacks against their own stores. Any of those would work as a real article. Tell me which direction you want and I'll write it.
